Duties and Responsibilities
Anticipate structured rotation, mentorship from senior leaders, stretch assignments/projects and international exposure.

Requirements:

Overview: The Marketing Executive will assist the marketing team with various tasks such as collateral development, customer satisfaction analysis, sales programs, product development, and service programs. Candidates should be able to multitask and have strong communication skills and business knowledge.
Duties and Responsibilities
Assist and support the marketing team with marketing planning & research activities
Writing articles and promotional material for online media like social marketing and offline activities, including forums, bloggers, social media, brochures, letters, emails, etc.
Planning engaging written copy and content for the website
Reviewing the website, ensuring the website is frequently updated with the latest information
Updating marketing department documentation and monthly report
Plan all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spending and performance based on the insights
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Work with designer and external advertising / PR agencies/service vendors to ensure that all the marketing collateral is on-board and eye-catching
Work closely with the operation team, especially the customer services department, to ensure the issues/concerns of members are resolved

Requirements:
Candidate Must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent field

Customer Service Officer (Chinese/Thai/Vietnamese Speaking)
Overview: Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.
Duties and Responsibilities
Deal directly with customers either by telephone or electronically (email/Chat)
Perform customer verifications
Responding promptly with accurate and timely information to customer inquiries regarding products and services of the organization
Ensure all inquiries are answered in a professional and timely manner and transferred, where appropriate, to the relevant department
Follow up with customers to ensure high-level satisfaction and determine future requirements
Handling and resolving customer complaints, obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
Record details of inquiries, comments, complaints, and actions taken
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
Follow up on customer interactions

Requirements:

Business Analyst
Overview: The Business/System Analyst (BA/SA) is the interface between business users and the development team. BA is responsible for understanding business users' requirements and translating these into various documents (analytical and technical) for various stakeholders.
Duties and Responsibilities
Gather requirements from business users and undertake solutions based on existing systems and business models
Conduct in-depth analysis of business users' requirements and ensure all aspects of business processes are evaluated
Develop and propose solutions to users and the management team through standardized templates and formalized forums.
Detailed technical requirements consolidation and development SRS for development teams
Plan respective milestones and ensure that deliverables are met within stipulated time frames
Review test cases and coordinates between testers and users for UAT and QAT
Conduct user training, including preparation and consolidation of materials and resources
Ensure implementation plans are formulated with the consensus of impacted operations' business units
Conduct post-implementation studies and analysis of newly developed solutions
Performs other tasks and assignments that are deemed necessary for operational needs
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
Fundamental knowledge in programming and database design
Min 3-5 years of relevant working experience; higher qualified candidates will be considered for a senior position.

Duties and Responsibilities
Work with Development, QA, UI/UX, operations and cross-functional product teams to define, launch, and execute various strategic and operational initiatives to provide an ultimate user-friendly product experience
Define project goals and key results that align with the strategic vision
Track, analyze product KPI, and update progress to key stakeholders
Build a detailed project plan with tasks, resources, dependencies, and dates. Identify risks and create mitigation plans. Work with the project team to ensure on-time completion of key milestones
Prepare presentations and clearly communicate findings from initiatives to senior management stakeholders

Compliance Officer
Overview: A Compliance Officer oversees the monitoring and securing of the Company's and its Client's Systems. The Compliance Team provides our professional service to our clients. It ensures the proper functioning of systems to avoid fraudulent or non-compliant activities.
Duties and Responsibilities
Monitor establishment activities and system functions to ensure they function usually
Report all violations and suspicious behavior to Supervisors or related parties verbally or in writing to address the issue
Observe system operations for abnormal or irregular activities
Carry out due diligence to detect and identify non-compliance or violations
Gather and analyze data with accurate information to assist in internal review and checking
Prepare weekly, and monthly operations report to superiors
